Introduction

Snake Vault is a free app published by LenBD. The app does not require account creation and LenBD does not directly collect, sell, or upload your personal files or personal information to LenBD servers. Your vault content, game progress, and security settings are intended to remain on your device. Snake Vault is supported by Google Ads, and Google or its advertising partners may process limited device or advertising data when ads are shown. This Privacy Policy explains what data is handled locally on your device, what third-party services may receive, and how you can contact us.

1. What Snake Vault Collects

LenBD does not ask you to create an account and does not intentionally collect your name, email address, phone number, photos, videos, documents, PIN, pattern, or vault contents on LenBD servers. The app processes most information only on your device. However, when Google Ads, Google Play services, or other platform services are used inside the app, those third parties may receive limited technical data such as device identifiers, IP address, diagnostics, ad interaction events, and approximate location signals derived by their services.

2. Local Storage

Vault files are stored locally on your device in the app's private directory. Game progress, level ratings, settings, local security preferences, and similar app configuration data are also stored locally. If you delete the app, clear app storage, or remove files from your device, that local data may be lost unless you exported it yourself.

3. Biometric Authentication

Biometric authentication is handled by Android system components and the Android Keystore. Snake Vault does not receive or store your fingerprint, face template, or other raw biometric data. The app only receives a success or failure result from the operating system when you choose to use biometric unlock.

4. Security

Snake Vault stores your vault files in the app's private directory, isolated by Android's app sandbox. Access is controlled by your PIN, pattern, or biometric. You are responsible for safeguarding your PIN, pattern, or recovery name. LenBD cannot recover forgotten credentials or access your vault content.

5. Permissions and On-Device Features

Snake Vault may request the following permissions or system access only for app features you use: - Media or storage permissions to import and export files you choose. - Biometric permission to use Android biometric unlock. - Notification permission for app alerts. - Internet, network state, and Google Advertising ID access to load, measure, and protect Google Ads.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Snake Vault is completely free to use. The only monetization used by the app is Google Ads. When ads are requested or displayed, Google AdMob and related Google Play services may process device or advertising data under Google's own privacy terms. 7. Data Retention and Deletion

Because vault content and most app settings are stored locally, they remain on your device until you delete them, uninstall the app, clear app storage, or use in-app deletion or export tools. LenBD does not keep a remote backup copy of this local content. Any ad-related or platform-level data handled by Google is retained under Google's own policies.

8. Children's Privacy

Snake Vault is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for use where child-directed privacy rules would apply. LenBD does not knowingly collect personal information from children directly. If you believe a child has provided personal data to a third-party service through ads or platform services, please contact the relevant provider and us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, applicable law, or platform requirements change. The in-app policy and any public policy page should be updated with the revised effective date when material changes are made.

Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Snake Vault, a free, ad-supported Android app published by LenBD. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Snake Vault.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use Snake Vault only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights. You are responsible for the content you place in the vault and for any decision to use the game disguise, import, export, or sharing features.

2. Security and Credentials

You are responsible for choosing and safeguarding your PIN, pattern, biometric settings, device passcode, and any exported files. LenBD cannot recover forgotten credentials or guarantee access to locally stored vault content if you lose access to your device or credentials.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Snake Vault is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, availability of ads, or that all data will be recoverable after device failure, operating system changes, user error, or removal of the app.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LenBD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of files, profits, access, goodwill, or device functionality arising from or related to your use of Snake Vault.

5. Updates and Modifications

We may update the app, these terms, or the privacy policy from time to time when features, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. Material updates will be reflected in-app and or on the applicable public policy page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

6. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Snake Vault at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue features if necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or platform requirements. Removing the app may delete locally stored app data that you have not exported or backed up.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LenBD operates, excluding conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence apply.

General

This License explains the limited permission granted to use Snake Vault.

1. License Grant

Subject to these terms, LenBD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Snake Vault on devices you own or control for personal, lawful, and non-commercial use.

2. Ownership

Snake Vault, including its software, branding, artwork, game logic, and documentation, is licensed and not sold. LenBD and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest not expressly granted in this License.

3. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from Snake Vault except where applicable law expressly allows that activity despite this restriction. You may not use the app in a way that violates law, infringes rights, or interferes with platform integrity or ad systems.

4. Free App and Advertising

Snake Vault is provided free of charge. The only monetization used by the app is Google Ads. Ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and related privacy controls may be handled by Google AdMob, Google Play services, and related third-party services under their own terms and policies.

5. Third-Party Components

Snake Vault uses Android, Google Play, AdMob, and open-source software components that may be governed by their own licenses or terms. Your use of those components may also be subject to the terms and policies of their respective owners where applicable.

6. Termination

This License ends automatically if you fail to comply with it or the related Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and remove it from your devices. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
